This charming holiday home is located in the middle of the Dachstein West skiing and hiking area and can accommodate up to 20 people.

The breathtaking panorama of the mountains and the proximity to the idyllic Gosausee make every holiday an unforgettable experience! A perfect place for summer and winter activities of all kinds, but also for rest and relaxation.

  • 7 bedrooms: ground floor: 2x 5 bed rooms,
    First floor: 2x 5 bed rooms, 1x 4 bed room, 1x double bed room, 1x 3 bed room
  • Large living room a. Dayroom, satellite TV, Wi-Fi
  • Large eat-in-kitchen
  • Built-in kitchen with oven, electric stove, dishwasher, fridge + freezer,
    (including coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.)
  • Skiroom
  • 2 toilets, 3 bathrooms / showers
  • Own car parking
  • The resort is accessible year round by car

Pets are not allowed.
In the house smoking is prohibited but it can be smoked in front of the house!

Location and information

This charming holiday resort is located near the ski lifts of the ski region Dachstein West and
right on the cross-country trails and is located in the middle of the summer holiday and hiking area Gosau.

On the day of departure, the house must be left until 10:00 clock.
On arrival the arrival is possible from 14: 00-18: 00. (unless otherwise agreed)

Prices

in Euro, incl. VAT valid for the house for up to 12 persons.
(from the 13th person plus 20, – Euro / person / night)
(at max 6 people occupancy -20%)
Minimum booking: 2 nights (minimum booking new years eve: 7 nights)

Charges:
Deposit € 250 – (will be refunded after broom clean and proper handover of the house)
Final cleaning / garbage fee € 200, electricity € 0.70 per KWh, tourist tax € 2 per person / night
Bed linen (rent) € 11 pp, towel set (rent) € 8 pp. (1 bath towel, 1 towel)

Ferienresort-Gosau is easily accessible via the A1 and the A10. Parking is available directly at the house.
